The Night of Trees is Special Olympics DC’s signature holiday fundraising gala, bringing together athletes, business leaders, philanthropists, volunteers, and community partners to celebrate inclusion while supporting year-round opportunities for more than 2,500 athletes across Washington, DC.

We are proud to introduce our Unified Event Hosts for this year’s Gala: Victoria Arlen, ESPN Host and Special Olympics Ambassador, and Karon McDonald, a Special Olympics D.C. athlete and leader. Together, they embody the true spirit of inclusion, bringing their voices, energy, and passion to celebrate our athletes and community.

This year, Night of Trees celebrates the power of Unified Sports® bringing athletes with and without intellectual disabilities together as teammates, competitors, and friends.
